last night, my brother played at Opera/Crimson like he does every Wednesday night. the difference this time? DJ AM and Jazzy Jeff put on a show for a few hours. They have 4 turntables and they both scratch and stuff. I wasn't really impressed. not worth what that guy asks for in terms of money.
long story short, AM is just another 5'7'' guy with an ego problem. sucks because the first DJ I saw in hollywood was that guy. we used to rep him when his nights sucked and no one would go. Couple years down the road and he thinks he's yahweh's gift to the DJ scene.
as if his attitude problem weren't enough, you stole my brother's headphones! give them back you thief.
boycott AM!
